Every environmental corporate project is custom scoped based on your organization's size, number of locations, shot list complexity, and session length. We offer half day and full day sessions. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your specific needs.
How long does a shoot take?
Most environmental corporate shoots run between 3 and 8 hours depending on the scope. A focused leadership team shoot might take half a day while a comprehensive full organization shoot with multiple departments and spaces typically requires a full day.
Do you work with challenging office lighting?
Absolutely. We bring professional lighting equipment to every location shoot so we're never dependent on your office's existing lighting conditions. Whether your space has great natural light or fluorescent ceiling panels, we produce consistent, professional results.
Can we combine environmental photography with team headshots?
Yes — and many of our clients do exactly that. Combining both services in a single coordinated session is efficient, cost effective, and produces a visually cohesive result. Ask us about combined session options when you reach out.
What should we do to prepare our office for the shoot?
We'll send you a detailed preparation guide after booking. Generally we recommend tidying common areas, removing personal clutter from desks that will be photographed, and coordinating wardrobe guidelines with your team in advance. We'll walk through everything on your discovery call.
